Hi everyone!
It's a busy time as I prepare for my big debut at the Ars Poetica Poetry Reading.
I've been working on a new website The Odd, I See that features some of my poetry and I will be putting together a bio-sheet to hand out to anyone who is interested in my work.
Now all I need to do is select the poems I will be reading. I will be up there for approximately 15-20 minutes, so I will have to have a good number of pieces ready.
What I would ask of you, my dear readers, is to have a listen to the Podcast box in my sidebar, listen to the poems listed in the poll at the top and then cast your vote for the one(s), (in your opinion) that I should definitely read.
If you have any other choices you think I should read, leave a note in the comments here.
Thanks so much for your help!
Kat
P.S. I hope to get round and visit your blogs again sometime next week - after all the excitement is over.

Hey Kat,
Congratulations for the top billing! How very exciting.
I'll have to come back later to listen to the podcast, but with 15 minutes to fill, I'm sure you've got time to read lots. And I'm sure it's all worth reading. Are you working on a "theme" or keeping it to a variety of styles or subjects? It should be fun!
I picked some I recognized from the titles, and will listen to the podcastwhen I get a moment (hopefully soon!)
Gooooooo Kat!
Hey Kat,
It'd done, I voted.
I love the poster! It is exciting to see your name displayed so nicely on it. It is late right now so I will have to dash back over as soon as I have more time to listen to the podcast.
Kat
I also like Francy Rat, Orson Swells, Body Count BUT ESPECIALLY Underweear!
Congratulations Kat!
All your poems are worthy. but I love "Underwaer" ( so funny!) and "Scraps of Me" and "Greenery"
This is so exciting for you I'm sure.
I'll come back later today or tonight when I get a chance and give a listen...
voted for raise the dead.
Hi Kat! This is exciting! I'll have to drop back by when I have more time to listen. I happen to like all your poetry, so which ever you choose will be marvelous! :)
I like a range and going from how you read them - I can touch you and the one about your red hair with some grey and dr, etc,. fogot name and the mysterious picture one. You read them with such inflection and they are all quite different and one animal one my vote sandy
