TFE has informed those of us who ride The Poetry Bus that one of our members has passed away.
We take for granted, I think, everyday, that those with whom we communicate in this cyberworld will be here each day, to make their posts, or comment back and forth or even e-mail or "message" us or friend us on Facebook. The real world only occasionally usurps our guilty online pleasure.
Today, join with me and others who are comrades over at Totalfeckineejit and please follow this link to honour one of our "fallen" who was a lovely and caring individual and a wonderful poet and has recently passed from our presence and from this earth.
TFE's link to Drama Queen's post.
Thanks,
Kat

14 of Kat's friends had this to say::
Well said, Kat.
So very sorry to hear that you lost a friend...

i do think about this - losing my cyberfriends - some of the best i've ever had. sad, indeed.
Friends are no less friends because they live far away. Loss is still loss. Love is still love.
It's funny Kat but having nearly died myself recently, I've been wondering in a vague abstract (ok, euphemism for drunk) about my cyber legacy and how long our little cyberspace beep will resonate.Andthen Joan pased away and I really didn't know her at all and yet our paths had crossed in the ethernet.
so sorry to hear about your firend kat...the people we interact with daily here in the blogosphere make such an impact on our lives...they are friends, no matter distance.
You have a way with words.
Sorry for your loss Kat.
I too am sorry for this loss. I've come to realise how a day or week without my friends in the blogosphere is incomplete...
Distance may be a matter of geography for some; for others it is a matter of the heart.
There are those of us who find ourselves closer to friends than remaining family.
I wish you all peace.
Sorry to learn about your loss. We do seem to often take everyone in the cyber world for granted, but they too pass away.
in some ways they are closer What do you hear of Vyolet?
Sandy, Vyolet is still fighting—still strong. I have very limited interaction with her though.
Great memorial to your friend. I'll keep the light on for him.
So sorry to hear Kat
So sorry
